Responsibilities

·         Outline business issues in terms of HR issues and projects, anticipate and accompany operational requirements and organizational changes, acting as a business strategic partner

·         Lead cross-functional collaboration and people initiatives with people proximity and org insights that enable business growth

·         Identify organization/leadership capability and development needs to design development programs to ensure motivation and commitment of talents

·         Plan and roll-out HR & employee engagement programs and initiatives

·         Ensure legal security at both individual and collective levels, as well as compliance with HR processes and practices, according to applicable legal provisions

Requirements

·         10+ years of relevant work/HR experience (preferred retail industry experience)

·         Experience in planning and implementing HR/people programs

·         Effective communication and interpersonal skills with human sensitivity

·         Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

·         Fluent Korean and English language skills
