We are a natural and ethical beauty brand, with 3050 stores in 66 markets around the world, operating through a multi-channel retail strategy, including stand-alone stores, global travel retail locations and e-commerce sites. We are looking for a high caliber candidate with strong business acumens and market savvy to join us as




Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall staff payroll and benefits administration and to ensure output is timely and accurate
  • Ensure statutory compliance of the Labour Ordinance and MPF Ordinance
  • Responsible for compensation & benefits administration and coordination.
  • Maintained the HR system data accuracy and system enhancement.
  • Provide accurate HR related reports to key stakeholders both at market , APAC and international level 
  • Provide support to office administration and staff activities 

 

Requirements:

  • University graduates in Human Resources Management with 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in retail frontline training
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance, Salary Tax Ordinance, etc in HK and Macau.
  • Highly organized & meticulous especially with numbers
  • Highly resilient and is able to multitask
  • Mature, diplomatic and possess a positive work attitude
  • Resourceful, has initiative and is eager to learn
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Cantonese
  • Good in MS office, competent in Payroll software is a must
