You will...
- Manage the sell-in, sell-thru, and sell-out construction by category, channel, and customer.
- Liaise and interact with 3 Brand Teams to align on business strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Analyze and plan sell-through/sell-out, gross-to-net management, distribution, and the building blocks of business construction across online and offline channels.
- Develop commercial incentives and bonus schemes to drive performance.
- Work with Finance and Operations teams on forecasting (SISO/SIT) and ensure accurate inputs into planning tools.
- Analyze and set net pricing across brands, ensuring inter-channel pricing policies are respected.
- Develop commercial policy in collaboration with Field Teams, Channel Activation Managers, and Brand Teams.
- Take responsibility for revenue growth management for the Professional Products Division.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years in business planning, revenue growth management, or a similar commercial role, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and exceptional collaboration skills.
- A results-driven who thrives in cross-functional environments and is committed to delivering sustainable growth.
