We have an opportunity in the Professional Products Division for the position of Trade Marketing Manager – for brand Matrix. The role will be responsible for increasing company sales by generating specific activities for our salon partners through leveraging global brand positioning and category penetration.

You should have at least 6-8 years of relevant work experience. The location of the job will be in Mumbai and prior experience in beauty or FMCG will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives. 
  • Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful Salon programmes, respecting and tracking budget and execution.
  • Bring field intelligence to define brand-specific activity programmes with Marketing and Education.
  • Implement, monitor and improve processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the regional commercial team.
  • Planning with the regional teams and identifying towns for Flagship projects with final execution.
  • Driving L’Oreal Salon Shop (B2C)
  • Driving visibility across the identified partner salons

  • Internal Interactions: Marketing, Commercial, Education, Financial Control and Supply Chain
  • Reports into the National Sales Manager – Matrix & Cheryl’s


Physical Demands (e.g. % travel):

  • Travel will be need based.



  • Post Graduation/Masters in Business Management.
