Summary: The Technical Training Content Developer Intern will be responsible for creating training content modules to effectively educate Mechanics and Electronics Technicians on production lines functionality and troubleshooting.

 Key Job Accountabilities:

-Create digital learning content modules for training purposes

-Handle technical training logistics (securing location, coordinating training materials)

-Create, administer and coordinate pre and post surveys (pre-work/seminar feedback)

-Responsible for administration of the Learning for Development solution (enlisting program sessions, participant registration updates, etc.)


-B.S. or M.S in Communications or related field.

-Must be enrolled in a junior or senior year. Educational history must be continuous and no breaks greater than five months between diploma/degrees received 

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.

-Prior internship experience desired

-Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization

-Ability to set goals and finish deliverables on time

-Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment with constantly changing priorities
