DESCRIPTION: Supports the Global Marketing Talent Management team in recruiting and retaining Talent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative 20%

Completion of administrative tasks such as:

 

- Calendar management for Manager and Talent team meetings         

- Managing team office supply and space

- Scheduling team/ team leads Talent one-on-one meetings, senior visitor’s calendars, video-conferences for candidates, Talent meetings, internal meetings etc.

- Preparing and managing PO for budget

- Managing international guests

Analytics/Reporting 50%

- Pulling, reconciling and managing talent data.  Organizing and presenting results in a presentation formats.

- High proficiency in excel, PowerPoint, able to use internal data base systems (Talent Builder/Prism/ Business objects)          

Recruitment 15%

- Help in the recruitment sourcing and interviewing of 12 Month interns for the Global Marketing Teams

Projects 15%

- Team events organization (planning room, guest lists, invitations, equipment, food, consultant scheduling, room / Materials arrangements, enrollment tracking, language classes) 

- Ad hoc projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Candidates must have received a Bachelors or Masters degree within the last 12 months with no gap more than 5 months between degrees/diplomas received

- High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint), Outlook & Internet applications

- Interpersonal communication skills, including strong cross cultural awareness and emotional intelligence

- Strong work ethics and sense of confidentiality

- Self-motivated with problem-solving skills

- Attention to details critical

- Sense of urgency with prioritizing skills and drive to meet deadlines

- “Customer service” orientation with ability to escalate issues when appropriate and interact with Senior leadership
