Key Job Accountabilities
・Identify Business Needs
Collaborate with and support brand and other stakeholders to identify the business requirements and analytics problems to solve"
・Build and implement data analysis solutions
Lead data analysis to understand customer insights and needs for brand business through any consumer related data both internal and external / Online and offline"
・Social buzz tracking (SOB) and social listening analysis to support business performance
・Deep analysis in cosmetic community sites, SOB,PV, Ranking and other index
SNS marketing support with Spriniklr (SNS Marketing Tool)
Support to develop CRM strategy of all division by analyzing CRM data and give strategic advice
Support digital marketing campaign (incl, KPI advice) regarding CRM.
Support digital dashboard (Cockpid) project reaching every tool integrated DOMO
Report to Data Analysis/Strategy Mgr.
・More than 5-year experience in CRM and/or digital data analysis around consumers, based on various techniques
Data analysis experience in agency (research, consultancy or BI comapany) to support some client
Or internal data analysis experience in manufacutre or retail or service company
・Experience in CRM and/or digital system integration projects
・Experience in the following tools/systems plus: Microsoft Access, VBA, SAS, SPSS, SQL, Siebel, Salesforce, GA, Google Doubleclick, Sprinklr, Searchmetrix, SimilarWeb
・Strong communication skill in Japanese and English with various parties, both spoken and writtenGood communication skill both in Japanese and English
・Personality: Agility and flexibility in complex situation / Highly collaborative personality
・Experience of working in both agency and client side.
・Experience of working for foregin companies or living in foreign countries
