Contribute to division/brand business and profitable growth through contents creation and improving UI/UX in owned sites, also maximizing synergies with brand EC representatives, creative agencies, IT and related teams. Ensure marketing and communication towards developing UI, UX, satisfaction, and loyalty fully utilizing digital through data-driven marketing.
Lead Creative Direction on Brand EC sites and support Division/Brand EC member as a lead of digital user experience, and a digital driver to contribute to achieving Division/Brand business goals mainly in the following areas but not limited to:
Creative Web Design Direction
・Build and manage owned EC site and deliver product launches
・Monitor the customer experience and purchase site path to improve conversion rate and provide data expertise to deploy & adapt the strategy
・Track and measure site & Business performance to increase ROI
・Facilitate technology, tools and partners deployment to improve platforms and functionalities
・Lead projects and launched including development, design, testing and production.
UI and UX
・Improve UI/UX to optimize sales performance through data analysis and online functionality, online merchandising & products for high performing customer experiences.
・Co-work with Brand e-Business managers/Specialists to drive sales, conversion, site optimization and manage web KPIs (conversion rate, registration rate, cart abandon rate, etc…)
・Co-work with Consumer Care Service team to improve customer satisfaction(NPS)
・Supervise various website analytics actions and projects, supporting Digital, EC members
・Provide actionable insights from website analytics to drive business results (e.g. insight from A/B testing, UX study, NPS, VOC, and competitor monitoring)
・Partner closely with Digital Team, especially Brand e-Business managers/Specialists, media manager, and CRM teams in country
・Partner closely with Global, Regional & Local Corporate & Luxe teams
・Partner closely with external parties, especially creative agency and IT agency
・Partner closely with Regional & Local IT & consumer Care Service team
Qualifications and Requirement
・5 years of related experience with 3+ years of creative direction in agency or D2C company
・Advanced ability in Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator required.
・Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined EC contents and creatives in a short time.
・Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment.
