Job Description

*  Implement the E-commerce strategy: In respect with the brand / division model, increase
brand’s online & multi-channels turnover, setting out the distance-selling strategy for a given
clientele, ensuring incubation of new businesses & brand growth in the business market (ecommerce,
m-commerce…), in line with brand’s identity and objectives
*  Drive sales, ensure profitability and growth of e-channels
*  Be responsible for web mastering and all related tasks on the sites on the new EC platform

*  Learn about and master the new platform to update website and to set all the necessary
information such as products and promotions
*  Check product and promotion master data to register EC platform, make sure data being
reflected correctly
*  Upload web site contents to platform system to update web site
*  Continuously review and improve webmastering operation to ensure effective and
efficient operation
*  Support E-Business Mgr/Coordinators for platform-related matters

*  Train and lead other webmasters, team members and related partied including brand teams and
IT teams for own responsible areas
*  Monitor the customer experience and purchase path to improve purchase rate (frequency,
conversion, average order size) on all devices (web, mobile…) and provide data expertise to
deploy & adapt the strategy
*  Track and measure site & Business performance to increase programs ROI
*  Facilitate technology, tools and partners deployment to improve platforms and functionalities
*  Responsible for assignments other than webmastering, depending on job allocation within the
team and individuals’ expertises
*  Closely communicate with and manage system vendors and creative agencies for site update &
improvements


 Must Have Aspects


*  More than 3-year experience in E-commerce (managed E-business for a brand or in an agency that managed it long-term for a brand)
*  Demandware Webmastering experience preferable
*  Strong communication skill in English with various parties
*  Experience in E-Business user experience and user interface
*  Experience in Ecommerce managing tools
*  Experience working with IT teams in digital platforms plus
*  People/Team Management experience plus
*  Sensitivity toward details
*  Agility and flexibility in complex situation
*  Strong interpersonal skills
*  Highly collaborative personality
*  Luxury business fit and understanding
