KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES


Ø  Develop NYX brand marketing strategy consistent with the international brand positioning and Japan’s priority to successfully launch and grow the brand

Ø  Own the brand patrimony, guarantee the brand identity: ensure that all actions are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand

Ø  Drive NYX business in Japan with marketing mix (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and by implementing the communication strategy (imagery, digital, point of sales) Develop overall marketing plan; Guide portfolio priorities (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue)

Ø  Steer the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights, share findings with the zone to ensure the consistency of new product development with the country’s needs

Ø  Collaborate with retail, digital, e-com, community manager to develop in-store marketing plan which is in line with the annual brand strategy/target.

   Manage the sales forecast and price strategy ensuring profitability of the brand

   Plan and manage A&P budget to deliver brand activation based on the marketing strategy built

   Contribute to delivery and growth of profitable/sustainable business model by collaborating with various key functions.

Ø  Develop and execute marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and the adaptation of communication (imagery, digital, point of sales)

Ø  Define and monitor media plans, implement promotions and ensure implementation of trade marketing plan

Ø  Monitor the retail strategy working hand-in-hand with the retail, digital, and education team and monitor the proper implementation of retail materials (services, advice, etc.)

Ø  Mobilize other departments (store, retail, digital, logistic, education, IT, etc. ) and/or partner agencies to successfully deliver brand experience come to life.

Ø  Define clear messages to present to management and accompany the teams in the preparation of meeting

Ø  Build, develop and manage your team, train them and develop their marketing expertise and know-how
