Job Description

To maximize brand's market share, sales and profit
To develop the business through solid retail strategy (store opening, expansion policy…)

<The key aspects are: 1. sales management, 2. negotiation at brand level, 3. people management>

* Develop and implement brand retail strategy including good store locations and people allocation etc.
* Coordinate with National Negotiation Manger on brand-level negotiation
* Optimize collaboration with LUXE Sales team and other teams by proactive information sharing on both accounts' and internal interests and intention
* Recruit, develop, coach and manage store sales force / shop managers
* Prepare store opening or enhance key stores, and ensure close business follow-up(assure brand image, analyze KPIs, prepare product launch or promotion activities)
* Define customer service policy
* Ensure the link between head office team (other Sales team staffs, Trade Marketing etc.)and the store side


Must Have Aspects

* More than 10-15 years retail industry / business experience
* Global mind set
* Brand sensitivity, good understanding of brand values
* More than 10 years people management experience including team and shop clerks (or BA)
* People management experience
* Negotiation skills
* Japanese


 Preferred Qualification

* Cosmetic brand business experience
