A Day in the Life You will join the BEST Finance Gross Margin team, reporting to the Director - BEST Finance Gross Margin, as a recent‑graduate intern supporting monthly close, consolidation and margin analysis. This is a hands‑on role where you will learn finance fundamentals and help drive efficiency in our ways of working.

• Reporting & Close: prepare monthly reports, ad‑hoc P&Ls and assist consolidation for the financial close.
• Analysis & Insights: analyze and validate financials for consolidated reporting; 
• Projects & Continuous Improvement: deliver ad‑hoc analyses and special projects (P&L analysis, process improvements, systems enhancements) and propose efficiency ideas.

We Are Looking For You’re a recent graduate eager to start a finance career, curious, proactive and comfortable working with numbers and stakeholders across the business. Key skills:

• Foundational Financial Analysis & Forecasting
• Management Reporting & Consolidation (Junior)
• Intermediate Excel & Data Visualization (PivotTables, charts)
• Business Partnering & Cross‑functional Communication (entry level)
• ERP / Systems Literacy (general: data entry & extraction)
  Requirements: Recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; English required; legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
