The L'Oréal USA 12-Month Junior Marketing Associate (JMA) internship program allows creative visionaries and strategic thinkers to enhance their marketing knowledge in a fast-paced and hands-on environment. The JMA program is paid internship opportunity that for candidates who have graduated with a degree within the last 12 months and is able to work 40 hours per week.
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Associate to join the Urban Decay Global Business Development team (part of the Global Marketing/DMI team) in the Luxury Products Division of L’Oreal USA. The Global Business Development JMA assists with the development and execution of all GBD programs. This role is the logistical backbone to the GBD team and helps ensure all support teams are working cohesively. The GBD JMA role is integral in liaising with cross-functional teams as well as local markets (US and International) to support the business.

Responsible for communication of global strategy and partnership with the zone/markets to localize global launch strategies and guidelines – with a concentration on China, North Asia, Travel Retail and South Asia Pacific Middle East North Africa (SAPMENA) markets. Reports directly to the GBD Manager – responsible for championing global assortment management and generosity strategies for the brand. Drive the development of transversal initiatives (360 marketing, e-business, education, retail design) based on key market opportunities, managing through coordination of internal teams, zones and markets.
These job responsibilities are subject to change in accordance with business necessity, other duties as assigned.
