What You Will Learn:
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Associate to join the VICHY team. This position will support communications functions including influencer, social media, and public relations.
Manage day-to-day organic social media content scheduling, posting and partial community management.
Support on Influencer/PR programming including coordinating materials for agencies, project orders, strategic brainstorms, assisting with briefs and maintaining VICHY’s relationships with our influencer partners.
Co-lead advocacy reports for brand-led organic and paid influencer campaigns via Traackr
Support end-to-end seeding strategy, collaborating with A&I Manager and Marketing teams, that will include co-developing gifting boxes, as well as helping to identify creators for gifting.
Stay up to date on the ever-evolving social/digital landscape by trend watching and becoming an expert in LUSA social tools to identify insights to ensure the team keeps top of mind to in an effort to stay consumer-centric and update strategy as needed
Review competitive landscape, industry research, and continually assess best practices and KPIs in a consistently changing landscape
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in the last 12 months
Legally authorized to work in the US on a fulltime, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to handle fast-paced environment and to multi-task
Proactive, Ability to self-manage projects, High level of organization, ability to overcome obstacles
Creative thinking – ability to ideate new social strategies, influencer briefs
Analytical proficiency and willingness to learn – how to analyze impact/effectiveness of investments, ROI
Articulate, strong interpersonal skills, team oriented and personable
Willingness & ability to own, follow up on and complete any administrative tasks
Soft Skills: project management, communication, time management, detail-oriented

Salary Range: $25.00-27.50/HR (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
