Junior Supply Chain Associate – US Planning (12 Months)

Job Responsibilities

The Planning Associate will, under the supervision of the Sr. Analyst Demand Planning and the Assembly Planning lead, partner with US Supply Planning, BBD’s, Sales Administration, Operations and Finance to improve the end-to-end Excess Obsolete process. The individual selected for this role will help develop and manage our cross-functional efforts to reduce excess and obsolete inventory on finished goods and assembly items. This will include the management of monthly reconciliations, analyzing obsolete and excess inventory trends, recommending action plans, enhancing cross-functional processes, building reporting tools, expanding visibility with KPIs, and improving accountability. May need to travel to other sites 1-2 days a month. 

Qualifications and Education Requirements 

  • Candidates must have received a Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months OR must have graduated with a Master’s degree within the last 12 months with no gap more than 5 months in education history. Degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline preferred.
  • 0 to 2 years of supply chain experience  
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data and interpret data 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills - Excel (Power BI a plus)
