Mission: Drive brand visibility on all relevant customer touchpoints (POS, Online, app, etc.) and deliver relevant KAM Support


Key Responsibilties:

1. Develop and implement in alignment with all KAMs brand visibility activations in order to drive positive sell-out impact and brand starification

  • Collect ideas, consumer insights, business issues in order to define relevant activations on all non-deco categories
  • Align all activites with KAM and the brands
  • Develop and manage all activations (displays, shelf activation, customer media activity, dm.de activity) within aligned sales and marketing Budgets
  • Organization of whole display creation process with internal and external counterparts (definition of display placements, calculation process, data management towards customer, etc.)
  • Develop and share promotional learnings within team and organization
  • Align and manage all payback activity
  • Create trustful and on activation focused relationship with retailer Counterparts

2. Deliver relevant shopper and customer insights via Analysis

  • Be in charge of KOSI analysis Tools
  • Support KAM on various analysis (returns, sell-out, sell-in, etc.) with all relevant data bases (Nielsen Answers, GFK SimIT, BMS, etc.)
  • Be expert in total dm net sales development to support team/head of in sell-in steering/planning

3. Create winning selling stories / arguments to influence customer decisions

  • Support KAM in preparation of strategy meetings / innovation presentations in finding relevant key success arguments (via analysis)
  • Create winning slides with focus on identified customer needs to support all non-deko KAM

4. Support Key Account Management Team with various Support



Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related
  • Minimum 1,5 -3 years working experience in Marketing or Sales
  • Driven, agile, energetic and enterprising
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills and profound analytical skills
  • Like to stay always up to date with market and consumer Trends
  • Willing to learn, goal-oriented, able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in German and English
