A / Main responsibilities

  • ·         Prepare and lead the account negotiations with retailer under distributor
  • ·         Build a deep customer intelligence and strong network.
  • ·         Achieve turnover & profit by retailer under distributor  through ensure investment, trading term, promotion, budget management on frame
  • ·         Promotion planning & forecasting
  • ·         Search & develop more new EBS customers
  • ·         Contribute & share with Group KAM opportunities, risks in business development
  • ·         Work closely with other departments (Marketing, Supply Chain, SO, AR, Business Controller) to create connections between departments with the function of quickly solving problems & unifying between L'Oréal & partners
  • ·         Value & volume target delivery.  

B / Most important qualifications, background and experience:


  • ·                       Education Qualification: at least University Degree
  • ·                       At least 3-years in KA management expérience in FMCG/Cosmetic/Dermo Cosmetic. Experience in beauty/fashion categories is a plus
  • ·                       Strategic thinking & advanced analytical skill
  • ·                       Result Oriented  - Decide and get things done
  • ·                       Be customer service minded
  • ·                       Team Management: coaching & motivation skill
  • ·                       Financial/numeric acumen
  • ·                       Good command of English
