KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
based in Sarajevo
Key Account Manager in mass market division ( brands L’Oreal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline, Mixa, Essie ) will have following responsibilities:
KAM will be responsible to service, develop and manage a portfolio of accounts in line with the brand strategy
Build a strong partnership and intense working relationships with key accounts
Manage budgets, accounts sales growth and profitability in line with business unit objectives
Create and implement an annual business plan taking into account all levers of growth: commercial agreements, marketing actions, merchandising and retail opportunities, profitability, trade terms
Monitor the accounts’ performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed
Manage frequent product launches in cooperation with marketing, retail marketing and Sales Manager
3 years of experience as KAM in FMCG industry
Experience in managing KA budget
Able to work in very dynamic environment
Excellent with numbers and calculations
Eager for achieving goals
Positive and optimistic
Advanced Excel skills
Native Bosnian speaker and fluent in English
