Location: Field Based - National (Head Office - Hammersmith, London)

Salary Package: £35,000 + Company Car + 10% Bonus per annum

Main Duties and Responsibilities

 

Sales responsibilities:

  • Responsible for retail sales & skincare MS improvement              
  • Manage & coach BAs in achieving their sales objectives
  • Ensure resources allocated are maximized & promoter budget respected
  • Report and manage budget (consolidate sales report, competition information, trends, KCR activity, travel budget, promotion budget)

 


Training responsibilities:

  • Coach Bas on perfecting sales method (2 cycles / year + seminar)
  • Train Generic Staff & promoters when needed

 


Retail responsibilities:

  • Be warrant of perfect shop image: check planogram updates, service elements and ensure high standard merchandising principles (right assortment / testers /Visuals/ POSM)
  • Strengthen retailer partnerships to engage in a maximum of local action implementation and knowledge data sharing
  • Increase customer satisfaction: Set up Mystery Shopping action plan & ensure the roll out

 

Skills/Qualifications/Experience Required

  • Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to manage multiple freestanding retail store locations
  • Demonstrate success in driving sales by leading, training, coaching and motivating a team
  • Excellent business acumen and analysis skills
  • Ability to collaborate with various business partners effectively
  • Ability to work independently and execute directives with minimal supervision
  • Highly resourceful, flexible and ability to solve problems in a timely manner
  • Proficient computer skills necessary – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Willing to travel between 2 to 3 days per week
  • Experience and extensive knowledge in the Beauty Industy
  • Experience in Training and Education
  • Degree level education
