Section 2:  Job Summary:

Responsible for retail and net sales for Military, Travel Retail, Equinox and select Accounts. Develop individual Account strategy to drive retail sales and maximize gross shipments while adhering to minoration guidelines and sustainability mission. Source, hire and train beauty advisors in assigned Accounts. Partner closely with Demand Planning and Customer Service as it relates to management of Equinox Account. Attend all planning/sales meetings and status meetings. Prepare Budget and Trend analysis for assigned accounts. Prospect new locations in Travel Retail Space. Manage order writing for all assigned Accounts.  The expectation is that the Sales and Training Executive will spend 70% on strategic planning and 30% of their time in the field. 


Section 3:  Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree and minimum of 3 years experience in cosmetic or retail management

2. Self motivated, results oriented, creative thinker

3. Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills

4. Analytical in approach to identifying opportunities

5. Proven experience in motivating and training sales staff

6. Proficient computer skills necessary – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


Section 4:  Judgment and Decision Making:

The supervision required is close. There is daily communication between the Sales & Planning Executive and 

VP of Sales.


Section 5: Essential Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.

Annual Budget Responsibility:  Personal T&E budget, Retail and Net Budget for assigned Accounts
