The Team/Department...

This role will give you the opportunity to join L’Oreal Designer Fragrances (LDF), the #1 Luxe Fragrance Division, supporting the Media Manager across both the Couture and Lifestyle & Niche business units. You will gain an understanding of the team structure and of the luxury retail landscape, working across all LDF brands. You will enjoy working in a fast -paced environment, at the heart of all UKI key fragrance launches and future innovation projects.

You will...

You will be the go-to Media assistant on behalf of LDF brands. With a strong affinity to Beauty and always with a keen digital eye, you will assist the Media Manager in delivering best-in-class media strategies across our 10-brand portfolio. With your strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will network and collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to guarantee excellent campaigns execution.

This role will give you a true flavour of the world of both Traditional and new innovative digital media platforms, across a breadth of different brand missions.

Day-to-day you may be...


  • Managing the status of all submissions with marketing, keeping all media campaigns on track to deadlines.
  • Owning the competitor tracking of our key competitors’ media strategies, driving best-practice sharing throughout the team.
  • Own the paid social media asset submission process in partnership with the marketing teams to ensure creative campaign excellence on all projects.
  • Manage the Performance Media submission each quarter, alongside being the go-to for results reporting and analysing different innovation tests on performance.
  • Fulfilling ad-hoc global team reporting requests.
  • Work closely with the Digital team to align the retail marketing calendar to performance initiatives such as affiliates and lead generation campaigns.
  • Own a weekly status report sent out to the wider marketing team.

You are...

  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Have the GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4, or equivalent)
  • Have achieved an ABB at A Level, or 34 points (16 at higher level) in the International Baccalaureate
