Summary
a professional with strong quantitative analytic skills and experience with complex consumer data who can apply those skills to generate CRM dashboard, predictive models, loyalty program scheme and forward looking insights in order to help brand answer key questions, including how to optimize the performance of channel sales, drive more efficient/effective CRM, improve ROI, achieve both short and long term brand CRM objectives, optimize CRM and loyalty program effectiveness and better forecast business performance

Key Job Accountabilities
• Design experiments, test hypotheses and build convenient models for better CRM and Loyalty program performance
• Identify, Interpret data or patterns in complex data sets, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports/dashboards
• Identify business opportunities and make recommendations on possible segments to brand teams
• Day-to-day data and CRM project management for execution and activation of analytic initiatives
• Ensure data health through regular checks and troubleshoot any data flow issues with internal IT partners
• Present and depict the outcomes of their finding in easy to understand terms for the business stakeholders


* Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Social Science or other related degree (Master’s Degree preferred)
* 3-5 years of experience
* CRM analytical experience, planning, strategy consulting or similar work.
* Deep understanding of business practices and knowledge of the luxury/beauty industry
* Database skills:
High proficiency in writing SQL queries, rolling up data and analyzing large databases to find customer insights
* Analytic skills:
Proficient in Design of Experiments, A/B Testing, Segmentation tools, statistic models. SAS /SPPS/R experience or other statistical experience required
* Presentation skills:
Proficient in MS Excel, PPT or other data visualization tools to help interpret the data and present a story to management.
