As part of the Consumers Products Division, you’ll be playing a huge part in our mission: to democratize the best of beauty, and for us, beauty has to be sustainable.

You will

Be responsible for the customer supply chain relationship with our key Pure Players. This will include managing the order flow through to delivery, striving to hit our supply chain targets, and supporting the business growth in the accounts. This role is embedded within the commercial operations structure within CPD, with you working closely and collaboratively with your commercial counterparts. A key focus is how we execute operational excellence, drive continuous improvement, best in class launches and build truly collaborative customer relationships.


As a successful self-starter and business partner, you’ll be the point of contact for the supply chain relationship both internally and externally with the customer. This exciting role will take on responsibility for continuously driving efficiencies, relationships and driving true collaboration with the customer. Ensuring we have perfect launch and promotion execution and striving to achieve the best service possible. Engaging key stakeholders within the team and wider supply chain function, following our commercial operations vision.


Your responsibilities within the role will include:

Work closely with the customers in a true collaborative partnership, delivering against agreed internal and external KPIs
Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of our mission and action plans
Be responsible for, and manage the order to delivery process
Line management of 1 apprentice, supporting them on their development journey

In short, a team player within the Customer Supply Chain and Commercial Operations teams with a multifunctional and collaborative approach with the aim to better serve our customers.
You have

Experience of developing and managing relationships, with a past record engaging and influencing internal and external stakeholders.

Supply Chain Knowledge/Experience: understanding of key Supply Chain functions, including Customer requirements, Supply & Demand planning, Physical Distribution, Cost-to-Serve and Stock-in-Trade. 

Customer facing experience, with the ability to engage and influence our customers towards the execution of best practice, whilst building a collaborative customer relationship.

Project Management: Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills – able to work effectively to deadlines.

Problem Solving Skills: Able to solve problems effectively and look for alternative solutions when challenged, whilst able to communicate new methods to others. 

Data-driven: ability to organise and analyse data to take informed decisions.

Excellent Communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders across functions, raising challenges and promoting successes both internally and externally.
