Main responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture the business cooperation with customers;
  • Support sales team in Latvia for customer, internal file preparation and administrative tasks;
  • Sales results and market trends analyses including competitors;
  • Prepare and execute promotions, pricing, reports;
  • Interact effectively with other internal stakeholders in order to support business processes;
  • Help in building the action plan to implement the Division and channel strategy.
  • Support building a retailer specific development plan, and a compelling story to get retailer buying in. Ensure the consistency of L’Oréal voices in communication with the Account.

Your skills

  • Results oriented mindset;
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills;
  • Confidence in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment;
  • Power user of Excel;
  • Are fluent in Latvian and English;
  • Graduate.
