Role Summary: 

The HR Intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources. You will work closely with our HR team to support the day-to-day HR operations, learn about HR processes, and contribute to various HR initiatives. This internship is designed to provide you with a valuable learning experience in the field of Human Resources.

Key Resonsibilities: 

  1. Recruitment Support:
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
    • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
    • Participate in the onboarding process for new hires.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Assist in organizing and participating in employee engagement activities.
    • Contribute to HR communications and newsletters.
  3. Training and Development:
    • Support the organization and coordination of training programs and workshops.
    • Assist in tracking employee training and development progress.
    • Collaborate with HR team to identify training needs.
  4. Special Projects:
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
    • Contribute to the implementation of several HR projects (support, communication, methodology, etc.). 
    • Conduct research and data analysis for HR-related tasks.
    • Assist in preparing HR-related documents and administrative support.

Qualifications: 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or any other related field

 

Requirements:

  • Understanding of HR Processes and Best Practices 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced HR environment.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative concepts.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolve with changing HR needs and priorities.
