As Trade Marketing Manager you will:

  • Lead the translation and execute of the Hub and Baltic marketing strategy into impactful retailer programs;
  • Respect and track budget and commercial targets;
  • Bring field intelligence to define brand-specific activity programs with marketing & commercial departments;
  • Implement, monitor and improve processes to link all marketing plans with the activities of the commercial teams;
  • Prepare trade promo plans of Lithuanian clients and all the biggest activities from idea, production POS materials, and end on post evaluation.

You are the perfect match if you:

  • Have minimum 2 years of experience in trade marketing;
  • Have strong knowledge of Lithuanian customers&local market (especially: Maxima, Eurokos);
  • Are able to think critically and creatively;
  • Have proven project management skills;
  • Have experience in working in an international environment and managing complexity will be an advantage;
  • Have minimum bachelor’s degree;
  • Are fluent in English and Lithuanian.

The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of the recruitment process in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the General Regulation on Personal Data of 27 April 2016, (hereinafter GDPR). Data processing to a wider extent than resulting from the provisions of labour law, for the purposes of the future recruitment processes will be carry out on the basis of the given consent with accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
