Reporting to the Head of Customer Supply Chain, this role is responsible for building strong Customer relationships, based on the sharing of information, risk mitigation and continuous improvement. Its delivers great service and optimises efficiencies across the end-to-end supply chain.
The role brings together a mix of tasks to ensure our customers have the best possible experience working with L’Oréal:
• Follow and communicate supply chain performance; Initiate and coordinate improvement projects (demand, working capital, physical distribution, sustainability, event planning, digital etc)
• Animate regular supply chain meetings with the Customer – in particular the monthly cross-functional Category Level Collaboration meetings. Contribute to regular senior alignment meetings.
• Follow and track order and event execution, identify any risks, and work both internally and with our customer to find solutions.
• Coordinate demand alignment on cruising products, promotions and launches, between the sales team and the customer.
• Ensure the alignment of the catalogue and product information between L’Oréal and the customer.
• Ensure that supply chain processes are aligned between the customer and L’Oréal.

• Great communication and relationship management skills are key for success in this role, in particular the ability to build relationships, clearly communicate, and influence for mutually beneficial outcomes across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• You will be highly customer, service and improvement oriented
• You will have an analytical approach, with the capability to manage detail and complexity in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years of Supply Chain experience, preferably with exposure to multiple operational areas of Supply Chain (Supply, Demand, Customer Care, Projects etc).
• Previous experience working closely with customers and commercial teams will be advantageous as will a flexible, results oriented approach.

This role is based in our Consumer Products Division

These teams work in partnership with our Divisions to ensure we continuously improve our supply chain and achieve greater agility and efficiency to meet the needs of our clients. Operations have an important responsibility to focus on uncompromising standards of quality control, employee safety and our environmental commitments.
