  • Working closely with the executive leadership team and managers to drive analytics culture and drive the implementation of key projects
  • Working across multiple areas of the business to proactively identify areas that data & analytics can support – from data capture, tools and processes
  • Responsible for the delivery of the full data project: planning, designing, testing and implementation
  • Responsible for managing the data collection strategy, including the sourcing, data management and data quality
  • Responsible for delivery of the technical modelling associated with the ANZ use case, ensuring that it meets the needs of the country
  • Supporting change management associated with the implementation of the use cases: people, tools and processes
  • Upskilling the organisation in data & analytics, particularly to assist with the adoption of key analytics projects
  • The ability to tailor a pre-defined use case to best meet the needs of the country/division that it is being implemented in. This would include but not limited to adapting for different data availability and cleanliness, different technical capabilities of teams, different decision making and business processes


  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science or an aligned Data/Systems field
  • Experience with R/Python, advanced AL/AI algorithms, SQL, optimization
  • Preferred but not essential: GCP certifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including the following areas:
  • Implementing solutions for end-to-end business especially preferably in consumer goods areas with knowledge and understanding of consumer goods data with the knowledge of industry trends
  • Data ingestion/cleansing/integration mechanisms and building reporting/analytics solutions across the enterprise and proprietary systems
  • Professional experience in advanced analytics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills & stakeholder management
  • Strong project management experience and flexibility to work across multiple time zones
  • Growth mindset with the ability to stay current with solution trends
