What can you expect as a Sales Administration Assistant:

You will be in the center of the Commercial Department of the Active Cosmetics Division and will support the commercial activities and help the Key Account Manager in their mission



Your Role:

- Handle the administrative follow-up, organization and preparation of the elements required by the Key Account Manager

- Provide the necessary follow-up and information for the organization of business meetings (regional)

- Equip the sales force with the appropriate resources and materials

- Assist the Key Account Manager to ensure every task is done correctly and efficiently

- Be the main contact for customers and sales representatives in the field 

- Deliver Best-in-Class service to ensure customer satisfaction

- Anticipate customer needs and deliver timely response to meet their expectations

Your Profile:

- You have a Bachelor degree in Office Management or similar

- You have an excellent knowledge of French and Dutch and good knowledge of English

-  You have very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

- You have very strong organizational and multitasking skills

- You are creative, communicative, diplomatic
