We are looking for a Social Communication Manager for our BENELUX Luxury Products Division.

The role

The Social Communication Manager of the L’Oréal Luxe Division Benelux will be responsible for driving social knowledge and excellence on all things related to social on all Luxury brands. He or she will have a central role at supporting the marketing team on pushing current boundaries of social strategy, content creation to influencer marketing and identify key trends and competitor activity on the market.

  

Your main responsibilities

Social Engagement:

  • Responsible for supporting marketing at defining their brand’s social strategy, objectives and milestones.
  • Guide talents in charge of animating their brand’s communities.
  • Responsible for connecting social to customer care.
  • Challenge agencies on creative and media execution on all things social

Social Content:

  • Support and drive local social content creation
  • Decode and help marketing understand how content performs, how to tell stories on all formats
  • Drive and challenge creative agencies at pushing their limit on content creation
  • Coordinate with agencies and clients

Social Influencer:

  • Responsible for setting the goals for the division define or refine processes and inspire with cases and best practices.
  • Challenge methodologies in place and push innovation on the topic
  • You are in charge of background check methodology and follow up with CMO’s team

Social Intelligence:

·         Perform Social Listening to help marketing team identify their Share of voice, mentions, and extract customer insights.

·         Monitor industry trends, competitors activity, emerging platforms and keep the division up to date
