WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS A SUPPLY CHAIN INTERN AT L’OREAL
- You will support the Customer Care Team in different projects such as the development of a webplatform for assisting the customers and the customer satisfaction survey.
- You will help creating a report to share the stock levels and sell-out data of TOP customers.
- You will help creating a scorecard to share Key Performance Indicators.
- You will discover how to manage a customer by taking care of his order-to-cash process.
- You will help to automate some analyses by developing some Excel tools.
ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- You have a master degree (preferably with a supply chain background)
- You are at least bilingual : Dutch and/or French + English
- You are curious, communicative and you like to take initiatives
- You are problem solving, well organized and have an analytical mindset
- You are system-oriented and you have a strong knowledge of Excel tools
