- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for our Digital Director (executive support)
- Organize digital events, trainings and workshops
- Analyze and prepare reports about media campaigns, eCommerce activities and other ad hoc reports
- Work with internal digital systems and portals and coordinate its activities with internal stakeholders
- Prepare monthly reports regarding organizational structure
- Support HR team with HR communication activities (translations, copywriting, preparing presentations, visuals, helping with job campaigns)
- Support recruitment team with other ad hoc administrative and organizational tasks (recruitment events, preparing invitations, gift bags, ect.)
YOU ARE the one if you:
- Are Czech or Slovak native speaker and fluent in English
- Enjoy administrative tasks and projects
- Possess very good PC skills (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
- Are a confident communicator with strong networking and cooperation abilities
- Are highly motivated and open to the international environment
- Are reliable and open minded
- Have copywriting and graphic design skills (is a plus)
- Contract with fix salary and benefits (contract for 32hours/week for at least 6 months)
