 On its geographical scope, for brands under the responsibilities of LID:

·        Responsible for Sell Out & market-share/ranking in the corresponding scope.

·        Manage, train & coach BAs in achieving their sales objectives & ensure corporate objectives are achieved.

·        Train also Generic Staff & promoters when needed.

·        Ensure resources allocated are maximized & budgets respected.

·        Reports and manages budget (consolidate sales report, competition information, trends, BAs activity, travel budget).

·        Strengthen retailers’ partnership with local teams.

·        Increase customer satisfaction: Set up Mystery Shopping action plan & ensure the roll out.

·        Ensure permanent furniture and temporary POS material are in proper use.


·        3 - 5 years of Retail Store experience

·        Demonstrated success in driving sales by leading and motivating a team

·        Excellent business acumen and analytical skills

·        Good level of autonomy

·        Highly resourceful, flexible and ability to solve problems in a timely manner

·        Ability to collaborate with various business partners effectively

·        Entrepreneurial

·        Ability to deal with ambiguity

·        Good level of English to interact with LID Team
