Responsibilities and main missions:

  • Group Cybersecurity Program: As Zone Cybersecurity Coordinator you will be the main point of contact (for EMEA Zone) of the Group Cybersecurity Program Director and will have to ensure at Zone level:
    • Coordination and implementation follow-up of all actions of the Group Cybersecurity Program.
    • Monitoring and reporting the progress of the overall Program to Zone and Group teams.
    • Gathering of project data and production of information for management review.
  • Zone Cybersecurity remediation plan Follow-Up:
    • Define and review KPIs, metrics and SLAs.
    • Elaborate and follow up a corrective action plan with the security team.
    • Develop and communicate clear and actionable deliverables, or activities to be completed.
    • Organize regular meeting with local and Zone Security and IT Team in order to review and ensure improvement of security KPIs and actions plans.
  • Managing and facilitating the Portfolio Management process of all Cybersecurity projects within the Zone.
  • Ensure a healthy balance between real-world risks and the business needs for speed, agility, flexibility and performance.

Experience :

We are looking for someone with 3 / 5 years of experience in audit and control AND/OR project management / portfolio management.

Technical skills:

  • Microsoft Office applications -- Office Suite (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Visio and Project.
  • Ticketing  and Reporting (e.g. ServiceNow) / BI tools (e.g. PowerBI).
  •  Agile methodology knowledge is strongly recommended.

Other skills:

·       English Fluent.

Qualifications & certifications:

·        Evidence of a Master’s degree in Information Security / Data Systems Management or equivalent in Business School.

Certifications in Project Management or Agile methodology (Scrum master, Prince 2, ITIL Foundation, PmP, etc) is recommended
