The mission is to technically oversee a team of experienced front and back developers in a marketing digital environment.

You will work in a fast-pace global digital team in charge to push the group digital transformation to the next level. you will evolve in a multi-cultural and international team, with a lot of interactions with international teams.

The Operational Tech Lead will be in charge to manage day-to-day operations with a team building/running multiple APIs and front web applications.

The Operational Tech Lead must be fully operational and hands-on on web infrastructure (.NET Core) and developments (Vue.JS, Node.JS).

This role reports directly to the Head of Technology.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure consistency, quality and maintainability of developments
• Manage team’s workload and alert on risks
• Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery and Products roadmap
• Ensure cross-knowledge between front and back developers, and Product Owners.
• Ensure synchronization between source code and code documentation.
• Code prototyping and Pair programming
• Ensure consistency of UI with UX designers specifications
• Contribute to the tech strategy

The Operational Tech Lead has a comprehensive understanding of Rest API and micro-service oriented application development techniques and theories.
