More than 490 patents were registered in 2015. Our workforce consists of 3800 employees, representing about sixty nationalities and thirty different scientific backgrounds (chemistry, physics, biology, dermatology, optics, rheology, IT, statistics, analysis, etc.).
In this opportunity, you propose and initiate development projects to ensure established category specific launch commitments are met in line with brand/category innovation strategy.
You maintain close awareness of scientific literature, patents, raw material technology, processing methodology, and marketing/consumer trends. You also oversea safe and orderly laboratory environment.
