Mission, Role & Responsibility
· As a dynamic leader you will lead, drive and inspire the business planning and broader multifunctional team by aligning strategy and driving organizational excellence, ensuring quality of commercial forecast.
· As a critical stakeholder of the commercial director, you will work closely with Channel managers / KAMs team bringing a customer centric view to the forecast
Key Job Accountabilities
· Lead and embed the business planning processes
· Articulate KAMs, Supply, Finance towards optimized sales planning (the Way we Plan)
· Foster a multi functional collaboration and alignment
· Manage sales reporting and sales target by category, channel
· Organize and develop data management tool in liaison with IT department such as Boost, Power BI, and DMS
· Develop Sales Fundamental and measurement tools to give clear visibility to manage risk on time.
· Guarantee the quality of O+O commercial forecast (offline & online)
· Anticipate risks and opportunities. Ensure consistency with the trend or flag gaps
· Aggregate the total sales forecasts in units and consolidated sales, then analyse all available facts and figures to identify potential gaps.
· Communicate objective feedback, propose adjustment to key stakeholders (GM, Sales, Supply,finance) and validate the sales forecasts, lead the sales forecast monthly meeting.
· Ensure that the promo forecast in units is always up to date along with the promo investment
· Build a promo library and consolidate the promo plan
· Monitor promotion execution, related performance and evaluate effectiveness, including tracking budget usage for the assigned sales channel.
