As the E-Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for the assigned brand / online platform of the division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage external Joint Business Plan with E-Retailer with clear annual calendar, goal settings and secure investment with brand. Analyze marketshare, ranking targets by channels and alignment internally.
  • Fully accountable on e-comm performance and co-execute with brand digital e-comm to improve e-comm performance and conversion.
  • Work with developers to improve e-boutique website speed & troubleshoot and build new functionalities to drive sales.
  • Re-platforming website to new e-comm / social comm technologies, ,making superior shopping experience
  • Forward planning with demand planners ensuring no down time of e-comm operations including external warehouse partners / e-distributor management
  • Analyze various data in order to deliver date driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs across e-comm channels
  • Develop content calendar and oversee website development & performances
  • Big data analysis - working closely with CRM agencies & brand team to decipher trends and insights for future campaign planning
Competencies / Experience:
  • Should be a strong team player and self-leadership
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in e-commerce
  • Should be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills with the data available and derived appropriate outputs to action improvement in business
