To participate in the definition and in the implementation of distribution and sales strategy to achieve the organization’s short and long-term turnover objectives at regional level.
Develop sales strategies and annual business sales plan aligned with the objectives decided by National Sales Manager/General Manager
Develop strong relationships with the major clients within the region
Determine sales targets and monitor the achievement of objectives
Manage the regional education team
Manage and develop commitment and performance of area sales managers & executives
Recruit, develop and manage teams. Ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organisation changes
To assure a perfect link between field force and headquarters in order to implement distribution and sales strategy of the brand.
Ensure the achievement of sales turnover
Coaching of sales team in the field
Organise and run events for clients
Inform management about any relevant field news (competition initiatives, distribution…)
