STRATEGIZING, MANAGEMENT & EXECUTION EXCELLENCE
• Develop, manage and execute strong portfolio strategy (new launches, pillar products and animation of core catalogue) including defining the pricing strategy, promotional plans, marketing campaigns to meet brand goals and objectives.
• Own and implement all launches by developing innovative and highly creative 360 marketing plans rooted in consumer insights and O+O marketing trends to influence and nudge pros and consumers across the journey.
• Develop compelling O+O marketing plans to improve brand execution and sales performance. Drive brand presence via best-in-class content, reviews, promotions and activations, social media and influencer partnerships to deliver on customer acquisition and retention KPIs.
• Collaborate with commercial and education teams to maximize brand penetration through launches and animations, while ensuring key brand campaigns are perfectly executed across salons and online channels.
• Manage A&P budget and drive efficiencies and innovation within the given budget to ensure marketing investments support brand strategy, sustainability and ROI.
• Own product forecasting from launch forecast submissions to monthly forecasting in delivering on forecast accuracy.
• Compile and review competitors’ marketing activities, identify opportunities and gaps for the brand based on data analysis and research.
• Prepare monthly business meetings with presentation on business updates, market insights & upcoming plans with clear key messages for senior management.
• Work hand-in-hand with commercial, digital, education & supporting teams to ensure proper roll-out of launches, animation, plans & supporting materials etc within timeline.
SOCIAL MEDIA & BRAND ADVOCACY
• Build the brand’s social engagement and pro advocacy strategy, delivering growth in engagement, community expansion and share of voice across key platforms.
• Create best-in-class and innovative content for media campaigns, managing agencies, creators and media partners.
• Collaborate with digital team on brand media plans.
• Manage and strengthen brand advocate campaigns to accelerate share of voice, brand engagement and organic brand love across pro & consumer.
• Leverage tech platforms and social capabilities to drive engagement, mentions and views.
