Visual Merchandising project manager - Full time




We are looking for a professional with a strong passion for Store Design, Planning and Project Management.





Your role

In your role, you are safeguarding and reinforcing the recognizable presence of several L’Oréal brands. Today, we have different boutiques and shop-in-shops in the Benelux.

With a high level of follow up and visual merchandising implementations, store & concept roll outs, you will ensure that we excel in retail, consumer experience, openings, renovations and maintenance.

Since your presence in the field is of paramount importance, you will be flexible in traveling within the two countries. The base location will be close to Amsterdam and occasionally you will have meetings in the Brussels office.

You are part of the brand team. On a daily basis, you work closely with your marketing, retail and PR team members in order to push the consumer experience to the next level. You have many stakeholders, from international brand, clients, to commercial and finance departments.





Your key job accountabilities amongst others are:



POS Opening/Rollout/Renovation/Maintenance



-You are in charge of the store/shop-in-shop design projects, planning, budget and capex;

-You will co-undertake the conception, development and follow-up of stores with international brand teams and the local management;

-You will adapt brand spatial concept to local distribution constraints;

-You consistently follow up on planning throughout the process;

-You manage temporary stores, preparations, set-up and closing;





Visual Merchandising


-You implement and follow up the merchandising solutions for make-up tester units, free access and POS materials, answering local marketing plan needs with adopted planograms;

-You keep updating every new launch and together with the store teams, you will be present to rearrange the store;

-You maintain good relationships with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementations;

-You follow up the planning & organization of VM with the local brand and retail team;

-You align and work together with the marketing teams to improve the customer experience;

-You maintain store visits to control the implementation of the VM and follow-up with the retail manager;

-You control the retail design budget and capex for all the brands, follow up with the marketing director and finance department.





Requirements:


-You have at least completed a higher education;

-You have a strong interest and experience in the Luxury, beauty and fashion retail;

-You have a proven track record in project management within a complex working environment;

-You have sound knowledge of brand management;

-You have an excellent command of the English and Dutch language;

-Communication proficiency in French is an advantage;

-You like to work in a dynamic environment, where you can prioritize quickly, meet deadlines and exercise your problem-solving capabilities;

-You are flexible and have a self-starter mindset;

-You have proven record of working with Excel, Outlook, 3D design tools and Photoshop.
