We have an exciting opportunity to join our Kiehl's luxury brand as a Customer Care Representative at our beautiful Sylvia Park Boutique. Joining the Kiehls family will see you working with the best product whilst delivering an exceptional and unique customer experience to everyone you meet. You will be part of a dynamic and exciting brand that prides itself on its people. You will be offered the opportunity to develop and progress yourself.


  • The role is fixed term until April 2022 and will see you working 16-20 Hours per week, which will include weekend work and late nights
  • Work in collaboration with the whole team to achieve sales and productivity targets through implementing & embracing strategies
  • Comfortable being in sole charge of managing a boutique
  • Cash handling and weekly cash banking
  • Supporting the Boutique Manager with stock management & control


  • You will be passionate about skincare, health and beauty
  • You will be passionate about providing a unique customer experience
  • Have experience in retail or hospitality with five star customer service
  • Organised, takes initiative and is highly competent with administrative tasks
  • Be a strong communicator
  • Keen to progress within the brand
