ABOUT THE JOB

  • Develop, monitor and manage a portfolio of retailers / client accounts, including e-retail, in accordance with the strategy of the division to optimise the P & L performance.
  • Collaboratively create and implement an annual business plan to achieve brand results. Follow up activity with ROI reviews and actions.
  • Lead or participate in the negotiations with existing/new retailers/clients on key launches, space and location in store, stock agreements and any other account terms.
  • Hands on role that will require in store visits, and day to day liaison with a wide range of accounts as well as the analysis of ranging, forecast, promotions, and sales.
  • Oversee the management of our external Sales Rep agency.
  • In partnership with the Senior Product Manager oversee key sales initiatives such as our Retail Ambassador program and Sales Account Newsletter
  • Collaboration will be key to your success as this position interfaces on a daily basis with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, including buyers, marketing, finance, category and supply chain.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have a minimum of 3 years previous experience within a similar role within a similar environment
  • You will ideally be tertiary qualified.
  • A qualification in pharmacy or in any other field of science seen as an advantage.
  • You will be comfortable to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You will have strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  • You will have a natural ability to produce outstanding results, work with passion and strive for excellence
