We are currently looking for a Revenue Growth Manager for our Consumer Products Division in Copenhagen to strengthen our business development team and drive the RGM deployment and embedment in the Nordics to fuel profitable value growth for our business. The role is the manager of two direct reports and will be part of the Nordic regional leadership team and reports to the Nordic Business Development Director.


You will…

  • Develop and conduct RGM analysis based on internal & external, financial and non-financial data with the multifunctional team
  • Drive the implementation of the identified RGM initiatives to realize incremental turnover and gross profit for the CPD
  • Anticipate risks, opportunities, and solutions to achieve RGM objectives and take timely actions to achieve budget for RGM initiatives together with the multifunctional team
  • Implement an automatized and standardized dashboards to track and follow-up on all RGM related business KPI’s
  • Influence all RGM related business decisions by developing a superior understanding of retailers’ dynamics, value drivers and consumer/shopper insights
  • Effectively communicate all RGM related insights and initiatives to the organization, counterparts and senior management
  • Contribute to RGM capabilities building and overall understanding of RGM methodology in the organization
  • Build strong partnership with the zone team and be part of the Western European RGM community
  • Fuel data projects aimed to improve tracking of CPD sales or value creation by providing relevant insights of CPD needs to data team
  • Be the Manager of two direct reports; RGM Pricing and Assortment Specialist and Promotion Specialist.


Your profile...

  • + 6 years of experience in business, blend of commercial and financial acumen 
  • Good understanding of RGM levers, methodologies and processes
  • Ability to implement action plans, prioritize and identify RGM opportunities
  • Ability to drive change management & influence various stakeholders
  • Proven track record of pushing analyses to actionable recommendations
  • Strong analytical understanding and data savvy
  • Good understanding of L’Oréal and retailer business stakes
  • Independent and responsible approach
  • Ability to network and communicate with different stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of English language
