We are looking for an e-kam that will have the important mission of developing, managing and activate Pure Player accounts as well as developping e-Pharmacies accounts. The target is to develop the online business in the years to come, in a sustainable, yet ambicious way


You will…

  • Co-Create joint e-business plans with digital and brand teams
  • Negotiate and implement the business plans with the Pure Players
  • Support B&M sales team in the development of the online business of selected e-pharmacie clients
  • Be responsible for the brand's activation and visibility within our partners platforms
  • Negotiate and analyse sell out data, taking actions and driving the client to new and more ROI oriented solutions (specially in what regards traffic and conversion)
  • Manage client P&L (up to Marketing Margin). Balance media and minorations balance
  • Be responsible for the daily account management and client follow up (orders, deliveries, returns, investments) cooperating with divisional and shared services
  • Identifying new business opportunities, together with the B&M sales team, evaluating their potential and contributing to future business decisions

You have…

  • Global vision of the beauty e-business market, with it's several business models (B2C, B2B, D2C, marketplaces and social ecomm) and trends
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge (seach, analytics and social). Specific focus on the e.com drivers (eg traffic and conversion)
  • Motivation to work on a dynamic environment, with different ongoing projects and the responsibility to be the at the front line of the division's business major growth contributeur
  • Knowledge of the P&L and major sales/marketing/finance indicators in the L'oréal but also client's perspective
  • Critical thinking with strong decision-making abilities.
  • Easily create relationship and network.
  • Experience in sales and/or digital marketing will be valorized
  • Proficient English communication skills
  • Spanish communication skills
