-        Data is a priority, focuses on data analysis to generate insights

-        Optimize omnimedia investments & ROI. Ensure cross-media efficiency, close tracking of results, and issue recommendations based on that

-        Partner and challenge media agency (including on innovative mechanisms)

-        Share best practices and monitor local digital performance of the products and social communities to support brands’ ambition

-        Benchmark online brand and product campaigns results and best practices across divisions to digital & marketing

-        Operates efficient CRM helping divisions Digital Managers with know-how and insights

-        Masters analytics and attribution modeling and shares know-how to divisions

-        Leverages Precision Advertising

-        Constant outlook among the local competitors & other industries: trends, intelligence, and experimentation

-        Media buying know-how: in charge with media KPIs overall company and specifically with the media strategy of the Luxe division.

Drive the change toward brand and consumer centricity

-        Consumer centricity obsession working with the company external partners (Facebook, Google) and Consumer Market Intelligence Manager to have a 360 understanding of the consumer

-        Develop the consumer engagement and loyalty strategy, placing consumer insights at the heart of the digital marketing and business model

-        Scale consumers and influencers engagement encouraging a culture of sharing best practices between divisions.

Upskills and transmits digital knowledge and mindset to Digital, PR, Marketing teams.

-        Regular reports and analysis on media, social listening, e-commerce

-        Shares insights, data, tools, benchmarks and best practices to help Digital and Marketing population execute the local digital marketing strategy of each division.

Indirect & Direct E-commerce excellence

-        Is involved in strategizing e-commerce acceleration (pure players, e-retailers and direct) working together with Digital Manager & Sales team on e-commerce strategies and business plans

-        Monitors e-commerce excellence and Key Performance Indicators giving periodically performance reports to top management from internal tools or from e-commerce clients

-        Monitors online sell-in and sell-out excellence and comes with learnings.

Digital technology expertise

-        Focuses on delivery. Implements and uses on a daily basis digital local & international tools for the digital acceleration of the company and also supports divisions in using the tools & understand tools’ added value

-        Leads with strong project management skills

-        Acts as a strategic business partner for digital teams, marketing teams and General Managers in each division

-        Has deep technical skills
