RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Executes RGM deployment and embedment in the local organization
- Conducts RGM analyses with the marketing and brand team, commercial, BD, Finance, CMI
- Combines internal & external, financial and not financial data
- Maintains average consumer prices and Pack price architecture (Category, Product, Channel & Customer mix management ; Promotional schemes and ROI per brand, account, pack type ; Retail selling story and trading terms management)
- Drives the implementation of the current RGM initiatives to realize incremental turnover and Gross Profit
- Develops strong understanding of retailers’ dynamics, value drivers and consumer
- Builds upscale team on RGM priorities to grow business and understand overall RGM methodology
- Reinforces RGM insights and initiatives to the organization, counterparts and senior management
- Contribute to RGM capabilities building (e.g. share best practices) 


REQUIREMENTS:

- commercial knowledge is a must, 2-5 years experience in sales

- retailer deep understanding

- strong analytical skills

- confident with Big Data, IT literate

- drive & results oriented

- influencing skills
