Role & responsibilities:

In this role, you will manage a team of two professionals who handles payroll and administrative operations with following mission:

HRIS

  • Act as subject matter expert for HR Information System, lead and proactively manage HR data through maintenance of interfaces of systems and data integrity
  • Oversee the Payroll and processing of all employee “life-cycle” events in accordance with Company’s policies and process

Budget & Forecasting

  • Manage the People Cost and Budgeting process tightly, including tracking actuals against the budget during the year
  • Regular contact with internal functions not limited to Recruitment, Reward, Accounting and Tax to allow for early resource planning on key initiatives

HR Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower and internal regulation (audit requirements, data confidentiality, payroll management norm, employment contract, entry/ exit process etc.)
  • Drive excellence in data protection and policy in compliance with PDPA

Mobility:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing of expatriates locally on tax matters
  • Serve as the main HR contact for expatriates regarding all international assignment matters
