Are you an expert in day-to-day service delivery of end-user IT services? Do you have strong experience in troubleshooting and managing IT hardware for a large company? We are currently looking for an additional team member in IT Support - Service Delivery: 

The individual's responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive the day-to-day service delivery of end user computing services including EUC Operations such as IT asset management , patch management and end point device management
  • Lead and Drive continuous service performance improvement according to EUC Service Level Agreements and address service deficiencies (Incidents and Service Requests)
  • Identify and manage areas of improvements
  • Responsible for managing Hardware and Service Contracts and procurement
  • End User Technical Support and VIP premium support
The ideal candidate should have: 

  • Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology with at least 3-5 years of working experience in end-user computing services and operations
  • Experiences in the area of end- user computing, EUC operations and managed services
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Able to communicate effectively and clearly in both non-technical and technical ways
  • Experience in IT vendor and service delivery management
