Luxury Products Division

Urban Decay and L’Oreal Luxe Digital team requires a talent Business Assistant to support the General Manager for Urban Decay and  Luxe Digital Director. 


You will focus on providing PA support to the General Manager for Urban Decay and Luxe Digital Director. There will be some support for the wider team on an ad hoc basis. You will be expected to approach each situation with complete professionalism.

Multi-tasking and proactivity are essential to this role as well as having a positive attitude to all aspects of the role. Ensuring that own workload is managed and prioritised at all times in a busy environment is essential.

You will be responsible for:

• Extensive Diary management and forward planning for meetings
• Travel and hotel booking – European and International
• Expenses and spreadsheet management, PO raising
• Team event organization, quarterly and occasionally monthly
• General administration - filing binding, stationary
• Manage UD BA Conference ( 650 Employees, project runs for 3 months of the year)
• Ad-hoc project support
